Firstrank Office — Bangsaen

A commercial office renovation in Bangsaen built around a single dramatic spatial proposition: a near-black stairwell zone in deliberate contrast with the bright, productive working zones that surround it. A matte-black continuous-helix spiral staircase rises through the double-height circulation void as a purely sculptural element, framed by near-black vertical slat wall panelling with warm amber LED shelf lighting. A grey patchwork cement facade, a dense vertical steel louvre screen, and a dedicated billiards games room signal an office culture that values personality alongside productivity.
